A scale model makes a design clear at a glance. Clients, neighbours and buyers can see straight away how a building sits in its surroundings, how the proportions work and which materials are used.
I build every model from your drawings. With multi-material 3D printing, facades, roofs, window frames and terrain come out of the printer in the right colours, and the detail stays sharp.

Three ways to show a design
Presentation model
Highly detailed and in colour, for sales, tenders or planning applications. Optionally with removable floors to show the layout. Also a lasting keepsake of your own home.
Site model
The building in its setting: terrain, garden, roads and neighbouring buildings in a simplified form, so the fit is clear.
Concept model
A quick model to make ideas tangible, so you can make choices in the design phase more easily.
Common scales
Other scales are always possible. I am happy to advise on the scale that suits the purpose and size of your model.
