Who is responsible

SolidVision Studio (Mike), located at Kievitlaan 6, 5561 VZ Riethoven, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. You can reach me at info@solidvisionstudio.com.

What data I process

I only process the information you send me yourself, for example by email or phone: your name, contact details, your company name if applicable, and any drawings, photos or files you include.

What I use it for

I use this information to answer your question, prepare a quote, carry out an order and invoice it. The legal basis is your request for a quote or the agreement we enter into, and my statutory bookkeeping obligation. Without your contact details and documentation I cannot prepare a quote or carry out an order.

How long I keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for no more than one year. Data needed for my accounts is kept for as long as the law requires (seven years in the Netherlands).

Sharing with others

I do not sell your data. I only share it when needed for the order, for example with a carrier for delivery, or when required by law. The website and email are hosted by a provider within the European Union.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts and images are loaded from this website itself; no connection is made to external services such as Google. For security reasons, the hosting provider may briefly keep technical data, such as IP address and time, in log files; the legal basis for this is the legitimate interest in a secure website.

I take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website uses a secure connection (https).

Your rights

You can always ask me to view, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Just send an email to info@solidvisionstudio.com. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
